Uptron is a multi disciplinary group involved in import-export of branded electronics distribution, trading, investment, and real estate development. The company has offices/ associates in Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, Thailand, Indonesia, UAE and India.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Tewani, an NRI based in Singapore is the principal owner of the Uptron Group of Companies and also the major promoter of Parkway Developments Private Limited along with Mr. Prem Kumar Gajra, a Singapore Permanent resident currently based in India.
